Vocational Skills Training
We run structured, hands-on training programmes in tailoring, catering, cosmetology, soap and candle making, and more. Each course is designed to give women a certified, job-ready skill within weeks — not years. Participants graduate with the knowledge and confidence to earn income immediately.

Entrepreneurship & Business Development
A skill alone is not enough — every woman deserves the tools to turn her talent into a sustainable business. We provide training in business planning, financial management, pricing, record-keeping, and customer service. We also connect participants to micro-grant opportunities and markets to sell their products and services.

Digital Literacy & ICT Training
The digital economy is full of opportunity — and we make sure women can access it. Our ICT programme covers computer basics, internet navigation, social media for business, e-commerce, and mobile money. We equip women to market their skills online, reach more customers, and manage their finances digitally.

Education & Literacy Support
Literacy is the gateway to every other opportunity. We sponsor adult literacy classes for women who missed formal education, and provide scholarship support for girls at risk of dropping out. We believe no woman should be held back by a lack of access to learning — no matter her age or background.

A woman cannot build a future if her health is neglected. We run community health education workshops covering reproductive health, maternal wellness, mental health awareness, and nutrition. We also link women to healthcare providers and support services, ensuring they can access care when they need it most.

Systemic change requires a voice. We engage community leaders, local government, and policymakers to champion equal opportunities for women in education, employment, and public life.
